OUR GOAL

Our goal is to build a community of people interested in improving upon their fitness and metal fortitude, taking steps everyday towards their goals, whatever they may be. The 360 stands for all around. We don't have just one activity or sport we practice. We enjoy many areas of training that all have rewards. We're trying to get better all around. At GetBetter360, all are welcome. Whether you're a runner, body builder, gymnast, cyclist, etc., we are all just trying to get better at something.

GetBetter360 is a brand embodying individual improvement in all areas - even outside of fitness. It's a lifestyle approach. Whatever your goal, this is a community where we all acknowledge the pitfalls and struggles but persevere towards our goals. We invite you to join us.

We all have areas where we want to improve, Just practice. You only have to be a little better today than you were yesterday.

Just as water erodes rock over time, consistent practice leads to change. What small practices could you implement to shape your future?  Everything takes practice. Nothing happens over night. Are you practicing to GetBetter360?

David Chappell, PTA, CPT

I started physical training when I joined the US Army. Physical fitness was a requirement and daily fitness training quickly became my favorite part of the job. This enthusiasm never left and has continued to be a significant component of my life. I later went on to obtain a CPT and became a licensed PTA in order to expand my knowledge on health and fitness. My training looks a lot different now than it did over twenty years ago when I started. Now, at GetBetter360, I’m here to call on that range of experience to help develop better fitness habits so you can become the better version you want to be.

Carolle Huff, CPT

I’ve always been a fitness enthusiast. From early on I can remember testing my body’s abilities and challenging myself. It was fun! As an adult, I maintained my love for fitness by staying active in the gym and outdoors. A few years ago I was in an accident that nearly took it all away. I was put to the test mentally and physically. The challenges have been exceptional but I have chosen to overcome, to GetBetter. Since then, I have really developed a deep appreciation for what our bodies are capable of and how valuable functional fitness really is to our quality of life. I encourage each of you to take on the challenges in your life and overcome your obstacles. All you have to do is GetBetter than yesterday.
